Woodbine Introduces Clinical Concierge Program with Strategic Hire

Pairing our clinical excellence with enhanced communication and support for residents and their families, Woodbine Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center has introduced a Clinical Concierge Program, welcoming Terra Reeves, RN, as its nurse concierge.

Woodbine’s Clinical Concierge Program facilitates seamless communication among residents, their caregivers, and the facility’s nursing and medical staff. As the nurse concierge, Reeves assists in educating residents on their medical conditions and medications. She also liaises with residents’ caregivers, providing regular updates, including changes in condition, and answering any questions they may have.  

We maintain a five-star rating in quality measures from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and were recognized as one of Virginia’s top nursing homes in Newsweek’s America’s Best Nursing Homes 2022 – for the third consecutive year. Woodbine Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center located at 2729 King St, Alexandria, VA 22302 has the state’s largest licensed skilled nursing capacity.
